Pre-Made Products

Refunds accepted within 21 days (3 weeks) of delivery. Must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, we will provide the label once the return process has started. A fee for the return shipping will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label.

Custom-Made Products

All custom items are final sale. Refunds or replacements are only issued if; there is a verified embroidery defect, and/or there is a confirmed customization error from our team. To request a review, contact shop@stitchenit.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for customer approved design errors, improper care or washing, and normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
