How long does it take to get my package? 

We make each shirt made to order, we have a 1-3 week processing time.

How do I wash it? 

You can machine wash, dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and direct heat such an ironing on-top of the threads. 

Where are you based out of? 

We are based out of Charleston, SC. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! However we are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes or duties you may encounter with international shipping. 

Who do you ship through

We ship through the United States Postal Service and UPS

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Due to COVID-19 we do not take returns or exchanges, however, if there is an issue with your order please feel free to contact us at shop@stitchenit.com

Do you take cancelations? 

We do not take cancelations past 24 hours after purchase as each item is made to order
