What is your return/exchange policy?
Pre-Made Products
Refunds accepted within 21 days (3 weeks) of delivery. Must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Custom-Made Products
All custom items are final sale. Refunds or replacements are only issued if; there is a verified embroidery defect, and/or there is a confirmed customization error on our part. To request a review, contact shop@stitchenit.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not offer refunds for customer-approved design errors, improper care or washing, and normal wear and tear.
When will I receive my order?
Our pre-made products will ship within 1 to 5 business days. Our custom-made products will ship within 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, delivery will depend on carrier estimates, usually 2-5 business days in the US.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, please email shop@stitchenit.com with your order number and any adjustments you'd like to make. We can only accommodate for changes or cancellations if production has not begun.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Stitchen It is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a carrier claim using the tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However we are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes or duties you may encounter with international shipping.
How do I wash it?
You can machine wash, tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and direct heat such as ironing on top of the embroidery.
