Refund Policy
At Stitchen It, we take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied.
Pre-Made Products
Refunds accepted within 21 days (3 weeks) of delivery. Must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Custom-Made Products
All custom items are final sale. Refunds or replacements are only issued if; there is a verified embroidery defect, and/or there is a confirmed customization error on our part. To request a review, contact shop@stitchenit.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not offer refunds for customer-approved design errors, improper care or washing, and normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
