Important: These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website located at https://www.stitchenit.com and any related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share personal information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy controls.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between Stitchen It (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in South Carolina, United States, and you (“you” or “User”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Products & Services
Stitchen It sells physical embroidered products only, including; pre-made items and custom-made embroidered items. Because embroidery is handcrafted, minor variations in color, stitch, or placement may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders – Final Approval (IMPORTANT)
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that all spelling, sizing, placement, and color selections are reviewed and approved by you before production. Once a design proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors.
4. Digitizing & Thread Color Disclaimer
Thread colors and embroidery density may appear slightly different on screen versus in person and may vary slightly by fabric type. These minor variations are inherent to embroidery and are not considered defects.
5. Customer Accounts
You may create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or suspected fraud.
6. Products, Availability & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
7. Purchases, Payment, Taxes & Shipping
By submitting an order, you authorize Stitchen It (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees. We accept several forms of payment, which may include: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We ship within the United States and internationally. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Stitchen It is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a carrier claim using the tracking number.
We do not issue automatic refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered, theft after delivery, carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist the customer with filing a claim but are not responsible for refunds unless compensation is recovered from the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Return Policy posted on this site before purchasing.
Pre-Made Products
Refunds are accepted within 21 days (3 weeks) of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Custom-Made Products
All custom items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production begins, except in the case of; verified embroidery defects and/or confirmed customization errors caused by our team. Customers must contact us at shop@stitchenit.com with clear photos for review within 7 days of receiving the product.
9. Wear, Care & Use Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, heat exposure, chemicals, or normal wear and tear after delivery. Customers are responsible for following provided care instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and Site content belong to Stitchen It and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site for illegal purposes, submit fraudulent orders, attempt to bypass site security, and interfere with site operations or data.
12. User Content & Feedback
If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and business purposes.
13. Third-Party Services & Analytics
We use third-party platforms for payments, analytics, and advertising. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
14. Cookies
We use cookies for Site functionality, performance, analytics, and marketing. You may manage cookies in your browser settings.
15. Email Marketing
If you opt in, you may receive promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitchen It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
